Lower Musalen lake
Lower Musalen lake is located in the Rila mountain above the Musala hut in Bulgaria, at the foot of the mountain of the same name. This is the most accessible and visited of the seven lakes. Its area is 13.4 decares, and its clear waters reach a depth of 1.6 m.
